Overruns: All orders subject to 7% overrun or underrun

Artwork: Proper artwork to be sent with purchase order or will be billed at cost incurred by factory.

Cancellation of Orders: All costs will be billed for work & material that have been incurred up to the cancellation time.

Drop Shipments: Multiple destinations - no problem. Please provide shipping labels. A drop charge of $6.00 (G) per location plus freight and insurance.

Trademarks: By submitting trademarks and/or copyrighted material to OPUS, it is agreed you indemnify OPUS for any and all claims and/or litigations arising from any alleged infringement of trademarks and/or copyrights reproduced on any product manufactured or reproduced by OPUS on your behalf.

Shipping: FOB Providence, Rhode Island. Responsibility for the merchandise ordered is transferred with the proper transfer of goods to a recognized carrier. All claims made at client's end with appropriate shipper.
